Dayenu: A Jewish Call to Climate Action

We have had enough! We’re building a movement to confront the climate crisis, rooted in Jewish values, experience, and spirit.

The most important action we can take this year is to vote, so we’re gearing up for Chutzpah 2024, our most ambitious voter mobilization effort yet!

We’re gathering in New York City to shut down business as usual at Citibank, which has dumped more money into new fossil fuel projects than any other bank since the passage of the Paris Climate Agreement.

Together with just a few friends or community members, you can join or create a Dayenu Circle.

confronting the climate crisis with spiritual audacity and bold action

Dayenu is building a movement of American Jews confronting the climate crisis with spiritual audacity and bold political action. We mobilize Jewish support for climate solutions, build our collective power, and raise up a spiritual, religious, and moral voice in the national and global movements confronting the climate crisis.

What We Do

Bold Action

Climate change is already harming communities around the globe, and it is the single most significant threat to our shared future. Confronting it demands all of us working together to envision and build a different kind of world, one that is just, equitable, and livable for us and for future generations. Building a Movement

We’re building a nationwide movement that harnesses the collective power of American Jews of every generation and background and adds our voices to national and global movements confronting the climate crisis. We work arm in arm with existing organizations and communities that are directly impacted by, and most vulnerable to, the climate crisis. Join us! More →
