Massachusetts is in danger of falling short of our climate goals. Take action with us to hold the commonwealth to its climate commitments.
In 2021, Massachusetts passed the next Generation Roadmap Act, requiring the Commonwealth to cut greenhouse gas emissions at least 50% by 2030. We are in serious danger of falling short, leaving low-income, immigrant, and non-white communities to deal with the worst impacts of the climate crisis. At the same time, rising power costs are squeezing families across the state and forcing them to make impossible choices.
Join us to meet the Jewish imperative to survive and thrive l’dor vador (from generation to generation) by holding our state to its clean energy commitments and calling on our elected leaders to take action to secure a just, livable future.

Ways to take action
MAKE POLLUTERS PAY INTERFAITH LETTER
Fossil fuel companies have knowingly put our lives at risk. It’s time they pay for the damages. The climate superfund will require the worst fossil fuel polluters — those most responsible for the climate crisis — to pay their fair share for the climate damages they have caused.
Sign the Make Polluters Pay interfaith letter in support of a climate superfund to support resilience, mitigation, and disaster relief. Our toolkit is available here.
In February, the Massachusetts House passed a bill to cut MassSave by $1 billion under the guise of energy affordability, while doing nothing to rein in utility corporations’ profits.
Call your state senator and tell them to save MassSave and put people over energy profits!
