Let’s mobilize climate-concerned voters and ensure every policymaker has the chutzpah to deliver urgent action on climate

There are 400 elections across the country this year – from city halls to State Houses in every state – and each one offers an opportunity to mobilize voters who care about climate but often don’t get to the polls.

This year, we’ll be working locally to advance crucial policies that will hold polluters accountable and deliver climate justice to communities that need it most. And, we’ll be getting out the climate vote at all levels of government – so we have climate champions in policymaking positions.

CAMPAIGN GOALS

1. Mobilize Jewish climate activists to contact voters in key states; targeting people who are unlikely to vote, who care about the climate, and who may be facing barriers to voting.  

2. Lift up the climate stakes of key elections to voters – especially Jewish voters, candidates, and elected officials.

3. Ensure that every candidate and policymaker has the chutzpah to deliver urgent action on climate.  

The Environmental Voter Project identifies millions of non-voting environmentalists and turns them into consistent voters. Dayenu is proud to partner with EVP and appreciates its research-base, strategic approach to getting out the climate vote.
