With nearly a decade of experience in political and nonprofit data management and organizing, Josh Levin is passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful social change. Their work with community groups in Houston played a pivotal role in ensuring undercounted communities were accurately represented in the 2020 census and received COVID-19 vaccines, addressing critical gaps left by the Federal government. Growing up in a deeply Jewish household, with a mother who was a Jewish educator and a father who served as a cantor, Josh’s upbringing was steeped in the values of tikkun olam (repairing the world). This background laid the foundation for his dedication to social action, seamlessly blending their Jewish roots with their commitment to environmental and social justice at Dayenu.
