Alison is passionate about community building, local power, and supporting fundraising at mission-aligned organizations working toward meaningful change. She previously oversaw community engagement strategy and partnerships at PJ Library in New York, and most recently served as a community facilitator supporting the participatory budgeting program through the NYC Civic Engagement Commission, leading workshops across all five boroughs to reach New Yorkers citywide. Alison also loves creating systems and finding innovative ways to streamline her colleagues’ work.

When not at work, Alison can be found exploring cafes across Brooklyn, walking through Green-Wood Cemetery, or writing and watching sketch comedy.
