Send a public comment: Do not repeal the Endangerment Finding
The Endangerment Finding is the legal foundation that empowers the federal government to establish and implement rules that control dangerous greenhouse gas emissions.
In a shocking betrayal of its founding mission, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has filed to repeal the Endangerment Finding.
Abolishing the Finding would limit the EPA’s ability to protect the public. It would be, simply, a gift to the fossil fuel industry, enabling it to extract and burn more and more coal, oil, and gas without any restrictions, and accelerate the rush toward a hotter, drier, and more dangerous world.
What can we do? Speak out! The comment period on “Reconsideration of 2009 Endangerment Finding and Greenhouse Gas Vehicle Standards” is open now until September 22, 2025.
It’s no exaggeration to say that the EPA’s work is essential to enabling us to live l’dor v’dor, from generation to generation. Please take five minutes to tell Administer Zeldin how his actions are antithetical to our Jewish values.
