Americans agree: We deserve clean air to breathe, safe water to drink, and a livable future for our children.

This is the vital work of the The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). But right now, the EPA is under unprecedented attack.

In recent weeks, the Trump Administration has fired scientists, public health experts, and hundreds of EPA staffers; dismantled the environmental justice office and placed its personnel on administrative leave; and tried to cripple the EPA via massive funding cuts. 

Jewish tradition teaches us that to save a single life is to save the entire world (Talmud (Sanhedrin 37a)). Everyday, the EPA works to save lives and put us on a path toward a just and livable world. 

Corporate polluters and their allies in Congress and the White House believe they can act with impunity, but we won’t let them! The EPA was created by law and is funded by Congress. We’re joining with allies from across the climate and environmental justice movements to demand our Members of Congress protect our health, our communities, and our futures, and defend the EPA.
